Kim is a policy analyst and a lawyer with extensive experience in the public sector. She was a faculty member, an Associate Dean and an Associate Vice President at one of BC's leading research universities for over a decade.
Kim has designed, led and managed policy development processes from inception to completion.
An experienced negotiator, Kim has both led and supported bargaining teams, negotiated collective agreements, prepared bargaining proposals, and drafted contract language.
Kim has also designed and delivered leadership training for Chairs, Deans and other senior administrators in the post-secondary sector.

Leadership Training for Post Secondary Administrators and Training for Hearing Panels - Our customized sessions include: procedural fairness and administrative law; best practices for conducting hearings and writing reasons; issues in student discipline; human rights and the duty to accommodate; labour relations; investigations and reports.
